Safflower: boost yellow tones in your beverage applications!

Diana's safflower extracts are the ideal product for every beverages application. In liquid form, they will perfectly fit into carbonated soft drinks, juice drinks, milk drinks or flavored water solutions. The powder form is perfect for any powdered soft drink.

Hibiscus: the perfect way to bring red to your applications!

Hibiscus is traditionally consumed in Africa, Asia and South America in beverages.

Trendy and nutritious, we find more and more hibiscus in products today, and social media is alive with recipes for “cool” hibiscus drinks.

Need to replace Caramel E150d in your recipe?

There have been numerous studies regarding sulphite ammonia caramels (E 150d, Class IV) and their potential impact on consumer health. The International Centre for Cancer Research has highlighted potential carcinogens in these products. This has impacted the full range of caramels in the eyes of the consumer and the food industry is quickly turning to alternative brown colorants in all applications.

In response to this demand, Diana Food has launched a sustainable solution based on purple carrot, hibiscus and malt concentrates. This can be used not only to replace caramel E150d in beverages but also other applications such as yogurt and confectionery.
